Tri Cities Bridal Show will qualify a total of TEN (10) Finalists for this promotion between February 1, 2011 and January 15, 2012. Five (5) finalists will be chosen by a random drawing on September 11, 2011 at the Tri Cities Bridal Show held at the Holiday Inn, Johnson City at approximately 5:30PM. One (1) Finalist will be chosen, by random drawing, from the PRE-REGISTRATIONS on the www.tricitiesbridalshow.com website between February 1, 2011 and Midnight September 5, 2011. Four (4) additional Finalists will be chosen by random drawing of the qualified Bingo Cards completed by Brides and/or Grooms attending the September 11, 2011 Show. You need not be present to qualify at the time of the drawing on September 11, 2011, but must be present on January 15, 2012 in order to participate in the final contest completion.

Five (5) additional finalists will be chosen by a random drawing on January 15, 2011 at the Tri Cities Bridal Show held at the Culp Center, ETSU Campus, Johnson City at approximately 5:30PM. One (1) Finalist will be chosen, by random drawing, from the PRE-REGISTRATIONS on the www.tricitiesbridalshow.com website between September 6, 2011 and Midnight January 9, 2012. Four (4) additional Finalists will be chosen by random drawing of the qualified Bingo Cards completed by Brides and/or Grooms attending the January 15, 2012 Show.

The Ten (10) Finalists will then be called to the contest area for verification. If any of the 10 quailifed finalists are not present at the time of the final call for the contest, additional finalists will be chosen by random from the qualified attendees at the January 15, 2012 show.

The contest will be governed by the policies and rules of the IP Group whose decision is final. All contestents will be chosen by random from qualified entries. The actual selection of contestants will be supervised by Storm Security of Kingsport, TN who will randomly select a person to make the random drawing of the finalists. Each finalist will select an envelope from the sealed and numbered envelopes and enter the enclosed number into a secure website for verification to see if they are the winner. IP Group will provide Tri Cities Bridal Show with a sealed envelope containing the winning number for verification. This envelope will be kept secured by Storm Security of Kingsport. If one of the finalists is deemed the winner of the $25,000.00 Car, the sealed IP Group envelope will be returned to IP Group for verification and the prize awarded. If no finalist number matches and wins the car, the envelope will be opened to verify the actual winning number. Odds of one of the 10 finalists winning the $25,000 automobile is 1 in 50. No cash value, redemption is for the purchase of a new or pre owned automobile from a Friendship Family of Dealerships location including tax, title and registration up to $25,000.00 total. Winners are responsible for all other taxes and or fees that may be due.

All qualification aspects and final drawing will be videotaped for security purposes and supervised by Storm Security. Winner agrees to be photographed, video taped, interviewed and their statements, and images may be used by Tri Cities Bridal Show, The Friendship Family of Dealerships, their successors and assigns for any legal purpose without compensation.
